This is a common problem with pellets. If you go looking for forums on the matter, you will see that it is rather typical for patients to have a similar response somewhere around the 4th and 5th implantation. This stems from poor oversight/management, and design flaws in the pellets themselves. Keep in mind that all pellets are made the same way. This may seem beneficial at first glance, however, what this really means is that “6 months” worth of medication dissolves in a way that sends your levels far too high in the first month, and then plummeting far too fast and low in the next 2-3.

4. You're depressed and/or anxious.
While low testosterone likely isn't the sole cause of anyone's depression, research shows it could also have a hand in the disease. In a study of women, ages 25 to 46, those with low testosterone were more likely to be depressed. Other research shows that women with prolonged testosterone deficiency are often both more anxious and more depressed than women with normal testosterone levels.
5. You have a weak grip.

Osteoporosis, which causes weak bones, is often considered a women's disease because low estrogen is a key factor in lost bone density. But research shows that low levels of testosterone can leach strength from your skeleton as well, according to Harvard Health . Both men and women who have low levels of testosterone are considered "frail" partially because they can no longer hold a firm handshake. For most women, lack of estrogen will be the main reason osteoporosis sets in, especially following menopause, when the hormone drops dramatically. But replacing estrogen may not be enough if testosterone is also out of balance.
Testosterone is a hormone produced in the male testes. During a boy's pubescent years (ages 9 to 14), there is an increase in production that leads to male secondary sexual characteristics such as a deeper voice, more muscle mass, facial hair growth and enlargement of the Adam's apple (among others). Some teenage boys experience these puberty changes at later ages than others. The timing of puberty is often genetically determined (through heredity), but other factors can play a role in delaying it, such as poor nutrition, physical trauma and certain diseases. Stimulating testosterone production naturally is possible in teen boys, although in rare cases hormone therapy may be needed to trigger and complete puberty.
